Food and food ingredients don't include alcoholic beverages and tobacco. Manufactured merchandise means objects and development materials composed in whole or in a part of non-ferrous metals similar to aluminum; plastics and polymer-based merchandise similar to polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.
